Delivery and Shipping 

We shipped only to mainland UK. For Ireland, Wales and Scotland plus any international deliveries, 
please contact us prior placing your order as there will be an additional delivery sur charge.

All оrders placed over a weekend or a bank holiday will be processed and sent the next available working day. 
This includes all bank holiday Mondays and Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years and Easter Weekend

We try to use the most cost efficient services possible - Royal Mail services typically - and can accommodate requests for any reasonable order. 
Please note, that our couriers Royal Mail and Evri require 10 working days after dispatch, before accept any parcel for lost, and unfortunately we have to work with that time frame.
We work hard to dispatch all our order on time, and can provide proof of postage at your request. However we can't be kept responsible for any delays occured due to the courier companies.

Proof of post can be provided for Royal mail 1st class orders
Tracking number can be provided for all of the Evri orders.

Returns

The ProFishingUk lures are made to order and there may be some diference between batch colours due to the nature of the hand pouring procedure .
If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact ProFishinUk within 14 days of receipt of goods.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
